Ingredients:

4 multigrain sandwich rolls, split

4 ounces Provolone cheese, sliced

1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
-
1 cup fresh spinach
-
1/2 cup Peloponnese® Roasted Florina Sweet Pepper Strips, sliced

1 (8-ounce) package Hormel® Natural Choice® Oven Roasted Deli Turkey

2 tablespoons light olive oil
Directions:

Heat griddle over medium-high heat or heat panini grill according to manufacturer's instructions.

Layer bottom half of each roll with 1/4 each of roasted peppers, turkey, cheese, onion and spinach. Top with remaining roll halves. Brush top and bottom of rolls with oil.

Place sandwiches on griddle. Grill 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden brown, gently pressing sandwich together. Carefully turn sandwiches over. Grill 2 to 3 minutes longer or until light golden brown and cheese is starting to melt.
Notes:

If using panini grill, cook sandwiches as directed by manufacturer.
